    It was amazing experience living in Cosi beach hotel. The room was clean. The staff was too kind & helpful. The services was amazing. I would recommend to stay there. The beach, super mart & night food market is on walking distance from the room.

    The hotel is part of apartment complex in the area. It's a bit of distance out of town (10km away from town centre). Room is basic but clean and neat. Bed and pillow are quite comfy, though blanket was a bit thin. Breakfast was very basic, you have a choice of toast and eggs or instant noodles and eggs. Though there are shops and restaurants around within walking distance if you want to check them out. The beach is only 5 mins walk away so it's good for a morning swim. Overall I had a good stay as was on a work trip.

    Review of Cosy Beach Hotel, Phú Quốc Island For fairness, I shall give this hotel one and a half stars, because that is about all it deserved. The hotel is just one of the many standard concrete buildings that have sprung up across Phú Quốc Island in recent years, most of which appear vacant or unfinished. On arrival, I was greeted not so much by a person as by Google Translate. I was first shown to a room that was already occupied and had not been cleaned. I then had to wait another twenty minutes at 3pm in the afternoon while staff searched for another room. The replacement room was small but reasonably clean and located on the third floor. However, it lacked many of the basic things one would normally expect in a hotel room. There were no tissues or toilet paper, the toilet spray had almost no pressure, and there was no soap provided. Luckily, I had brought my own. There was also no hot water, although to be fair that seems fairly common in some budget hotels in Vietnam. Earlier today, I was locked out of the room because the key malfunctioned. It was only an ordinary Yale-style key, yet it failed completely, and I then had to wait another thirty minutes for staff to arrive and pry the door open. When I returned to the hotel at 2pm today, the room still had not been cleaned despite my placing the “Please Clean My Room” sign outside the door. Perhaps the most misleading aspect was the description of the property as a “beach hotel.” When I saw those words in the title, I naturally imagined it would either be on the beach or at least provide some form of transport to the beach. In reality, it was nearly half a kilometre away. Thus ends my review.
