Welcome to Flamingo Bay!
This beautiful waterfront home with private bay beach and steps to the City Pier!
New up-dates! New tiled flooring through the whole property and some up-dates.
Absolute waterfront house on the bayside on the north end of Anna Maria. A spacious four bedroom/three and a half bathroom beach house. The master suite expands the entire top floor. It has a king bed and his & her bathroom with views overlooking the bay and the Sunshine Skyway. On the lower level there is another king bedroom, a queen bedroom which shares a jack n Jill bathroom and the third bedroom has a queen bed with a hall bathroom. There is a half bathroom of the kitchen.
Other features include a cook's kitchen with full bay views, an outdoor shower and a deck with Adirondack chairs to watch the sunsets.
There are two living rooms. One with a fireplace and the second living room with balcony patio overlooking bay and spectacular views of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. There is a dining area also off the living area, perfect for candlelight dinners with water views. Enjoy the open patio with a dining set and umbrella for breakfast in the morning sun. Early risers will see the sun coming up over Tampa Bay.
The kitchen features a double oven and stainless-steel refrigerator, tons of counterspace. There are fabulous views from the kitchen and it is open plan so you can still enjoy the party.
Walk straight out back to your own personal and private beachfront backyard. This house has all the right kind of beach feels, stunning sunrises and it's the perfect island retreat!
BED & BATH DETAILS
The master bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and full tub with water views and the master suite is located on the whole top floor of the house. All guest bedrooms are on the ground floor and one has a king bed with fabulous bay views and jack n jill bathroom which is shared with a queen bedroom and flat screen TV The third guest bedroom has a hall bathroom. There's a half bath on this floor.
EXTERIOR
The ground floor opens to your own bay beach at your door. Enjoy an early morning swim and watch the sun rise over the bay. There is plenty of seating and loungers to soak up the Florida sun!

During my stay I got online to book another stay. That should be all you need to know. It was clean and comfortable. Nice but not ostentatious. Location was perfection.

My wife and I along with our adult children spent a week at this wonderful home. Private beach with the ocean only a few steps away, dolphins, sunshine, close enough to everything but yet far enough away for total privacy. We’ve been renting houses on Anna Maria island for years and this one was the nicest all around stay we’ve experienced. A special thanks to the property manager for their attentiveness.

Positives... location and private beach was amazing! Negatives... pictures on line were very deceiving to say the least! It wasn’t cleaned well at all as we could see remnants of the previous renters the week before! Carpet stains everywhere and appears to be mold on the ceiling! It was a guessing game to find out what light switch turned on WHAT!!! Such a disappointment to go upstairs to relax in the jacuzzi only to find out it didn’t work!!!! We have rented from Vrbo many many times and this by far was our only property we would never rent again!!!
