About this cottage rental
On the ground floor: a spacious 65 m² living room, access to the kitchen via a step, a laundry room with a washing machine, two bedrooms each with a 160x200 cm bed and a shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a mezzanine with four 90x190 cm beds and one 140x190 cm bed, a shower area separated by a curtain, a washbasin, and a separate toilet.
Enclosed 300 m² garden, two terraces: one facing east with an awning and one facing west (32 m²). Electric griddle.
Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, baby bath, potty. Table tennis.
Fiber optic Wi-Fi.
Underfloor heating via heat pump.
Non-smoking property. Electric vehicle charging point available for an additional fee, or charging stations in Garat or Dignac.
On-demand transport 400 m away.

Why "Le Dépôt"? Dominique was a bricklayer, tiler, and roofer who used this building as a warehouse until 2013. After remaining unused until 2018, we decided to convert it into a gîte (holiday cottage).
