About this cottage rental
Entrance hall, kitchen (6-burner stove + 3 ovens + grill, 2 refrigerators, one with a freezer) with dining area (table/pool table), living room (table football + children's play area), WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, large shower and WC, 2 further bedrooms, bathroom with WC, 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room with WC. All bedrooms have twin beds that can be joined together.
Reversible heating/cooling upstairs.
For babies: cot, high chair, changing mat.
Private terrace 28 m², private garden 1000 m². Fenced swimming pool to be shared with the owners (11 x 5 m, 1.10 m deep with a 2 m diving pit, open 9 am - 10 pm from June 1st to September 30th) - Pool house including summer kitchen, griddle, shower, WC.
Swing set, trampoline, ping-pong, playhouse, pétanque court. 15-hectare grounds: pond 300 meters from the cottage with fishing, barbecue, and picnic table.
Hiking and mountain biking trails nearby.
Non-smoking cottage. Nestled in a bucolic, hilly, and wooded setting, this spacious and bright stone house offers a variety of leisure facilities, including a swimming pool shared with the owners. Horse breeding on site and an educational farm with a "ranch, western" theme, featuring a treasure hunt and animal feeding.

The price does not include: End-of-stay cleaning.

Great stay with a wonderful host. The property was more spectacular than the pictures suggest. Very pleased. Great cooking area out by the pool and a wonderful setting in a beautifully presented recently developed cottage/very good sized gite maintaining much of it's original charm.
