The Lazy C House is located in Crested Butte South. It's about 4 blocks from the community center, which offers ice skating, a skate park, a garden park, and the FREE RTA Shuttle that provides frequent service to Gunnison, Crested Butte, and Mt. Crested Butte. It runs from about 7 am to midnight. This home is pet-friendly and has a private fenced-in yard for you and your family to enjoy.
The Crested Butte South community is located 10 minutes from the historical downtown of Crested Butte and 15 minutes from the ski resort. Enjoy easy access to hiking, mountain, and biking trails, Gold Water fly fishing in the East River in the summer, and the CB South Nordic Trail in the winter. There are also two restaurants, Zuni Brewery, Camp 4 Coffee, a market, and a liquor store.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. Enjoy the fenced-in private backyard with access to a BBQ in the summer months.
As you enter the home, you are greeted by a large open floor plan that features the dining area, kitchen, and living area. To the right of the kitchen is the laundry room and half bath. As you make your way towards the living area to the right, you will find the primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Head upstairs to the remaining 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. This bathroom has private access to 1 bedroom and is shared by the other 2 via the hallway. 2 of the bedrooms each have a king bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Captain's bunks with a twin over a double.

A nonrefundable $250 dog fee is required if you bring your furry friend. We will allow a 2nd dog for an additional $50. You must notify us in advance.
