Nestled close to the ocean, this family-friendly haven offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. With a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony, you'll enjoy relaxation during your stay.

TELEVISION: TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and the Guest Bedrooms
PARKING: Parking for one car in a a garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
NON-SMOKING: This vacation rental is smoke free. No smoking allowed on the premises
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
UNIT ACCESS: This condo has stairs leading to the front entrance/main living level.
"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
