The fire place was not working and it was very cold. I paid for the gas but ended up freezing

The location and size of the property. Property is also well kept and very comfortable.
The gas fire place, doesn’t have the same effect in heat and atmosphere as wood one. But there are carpets in the living room so it is understandable. Also the gas charge that is not listed in the booking.
