A spacious apartment with all useful amenities and furnishings; a good location with a large supermarket, a small café, a convenience store, and the excellent local restaurant Adega do Norte right nearby.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained.
Outside of building was a little run-down. Parking was difficult. If you went out at night, parking lots were full. Most importantly, there was no air conditioner and this was not stated in the information. There was a high heat warning and it only cooled down, in the evening. I feel this should be made clear to potential renters.

Gostei de tudo, muito limpo e organizado
O chuveiro não esquentou e tivemos que tomar banho frio. A cama era pequena (de casal simples).
