Wise Owl Nest

We spent 9 nights at the wise owl nest and we had a great experience. This was the first time in Japan for my partner and myself. My daughter had been here many times and knew well the manager and staff at the hostel. Starting from reservation, it was a hassle-free process with easy communication. The communication was also excellent throughout our stay, with the manager always supportive and the important information inside the unit was translated to English about all items in the apartment made it easier for our understanding. And all the staff can speak English. LOCATION: is excellent. It is 7 min from the skytree and oshiage train station where the area is great to visit, with beautiful views of skytree and Sumida river. There is a convenience store very close to the unit, that we used many times. There is also small markets and a big shopping center on the train station. There are many restaurants and coffee places around. You have everything you need very close and it is also easy to transport around Tokyo and to other cities. And from airport to here and vice versa. The apartment is large, very clean and with very comfortable and big beds and pillows. The linens and towels are all of very good quality. The furniture is new and all is very clean. There are 2 showers, which makes it easier for larger group of people. And the toilet even has a bidet! We didn`t cook, but there were some utensils available. There is a washing machine, which was very useful considering our long stay. There is a set of stairs, we were located on the second floor, and it was not an issue even with the suitcases. We would certainly use this unit again if we come back to Tokyo and we had a very good experience. We appreciate all the kindness of the manager and staff from wise owl.

시설과 위치는 정말정말 좋았습니다! 깨끗했고 지하철 역에서도 가까웠어요

암막 블라인드와 방음이 필요합니다. 기찻길 옆이긴 하지만 너무 잘들려요. 새벽부터 소리가 들리고 암막이 안되서 아이들이 6시좀 넘으면 일어나요.
