I servizi presenti in casa, dagli elettrodomestici alla piscina esterna in giardino, dalla veranda anteriore con tavola al dondolo matrimoniale. Molto comodo per il cane.

Diversamente da quanto segnalato nelle specifiche di presentazione la camera da letto presente è una solo, due posti sono nel divano letto in cucina. Mare molto vicino ma non raggiungibile a piedi,

We had a wonderful stay at Sinarca Elysium Apartment. The apartment is spacious, beautifully maintained, and located in a secure gated residence close to the beach, which can be reached within a few minutes by car. One of the highlights was the large veranda, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The property is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a barbecue area, jacuzzi, garden shower, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, and plenty of soft, fluffy towels. The separate bedroom and the living room with a fully equipped kitchen provide plenty of space and comfort. The apartment is surrounded by peaceful olive groves, creating a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. Another great advantage is the easy access by car. There is no need to drive through the city to reach the property, which makes it especially convenient for guests who prefer to avoid urban traffic. A perfect place for a relaxing seaside holiday. We would be happy to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and tranquility near the sea.

Location tranquilla, zona silenziosa e completa di parcheggio dedicato. Ampio spazio esterno con idromassaggio, lettini, barbecue e tavolo. Stanza e letti comodi, bagno spazioso. Arredamento moderno e ben curato. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e cordiale. È stato un bellissimo soggiorno.
