La casa è fantastica, subito a ridosso del mare. Abbiamo potuto scendere in spiaggia per un bel bagno e tornare alla nostra terrazza per l'ombra senza problemi. La casa è accogliente e con tutto il necessario per la permanenza. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata che permette di passare anche le giornate più calde al fresco. L'esposizione a est permette di godersi una fresca brezza dal terrazzo dalle 10 in poi. Noi ne abbiamo approfittato moltissimo.

Eine sehr schöne Location direkt mit privaten Strand, Sonnenschirm und Liegen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Es fehlt an nichts, Ausstattung komfortabel und neuwertig. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage vorhanden. Keine Infrastruktur am Strand, ist aber kein Problem, da man direkt Zugang von der Wohnung an den privaten Strand hat. Herrlichen traumhaften Sonnenaufgang 🌅 und Sonnenuntergang.
Vielleicht könnte man den Strand 1-2x wöchentlich putzen. Die Holzteile entfernen.

Good location! Only 5 minutes from Termoli. Beautiful view from the condo, private beach right in front of the building. They provided umbrellas and chairs. Good AC
Place is very basic, no decoration at all, cold and no coziness. No coffee maker provided, no soap for laundry, very poor toiletries. NO WI-FI in the room, only at reception
