Beautiful location 10 minute walk from the beach. You can also drive straight onto the beach. Decent facilities at the caravan park with the site mini-mart right next door. There is also a big leisure park next to the caravan park, a short walk or 2 min drive. Brilliant wi-fi, big TV, smart interior. Really nice.
Towels weren't included in our bedding rental which would have been good but we picked up some really cheap beach towels at the shop next to the caravan. We had a minor niggle with the automatic gate registering our car number plate.

Brilliant host, I have been going to Brean for over 20 years, by far the best caravan I have stayed in. Aaron was really accommodating Very close to the supermarket, we will definitely be using again! Thank you

Lovely caravan. Very clean and well equipped. Aaron the owner went above and beyond with his help on the phone when we got lost on the way . Highly recommend 👌

Absolutely spotless place with everything you could ask for including kids toys which were an absolute hit! Wonderful host who was quick to communicate and so helpful. Loved everything about it.
