A lovely holiday on a perfect site

The accommodation was clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The site was very peaceful and clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The cooked food, bar drinks, and prices in the little shop were all very reasonable. The entertainment was really good and enjoyed by all age groups.

There was nothing to dislike.

Great for longer stays and family's

Lovely caravan and location

The passes into the club was not worth as we could user the swimming pool when we arrived because it was full and the other days it shut at 5. As we was working we did not come back until after 5.

Well worth a vosit

The caravan was on a great location opposite a open green space.The keybox was easy to find. We paid extra for an early check in which extended our stay. The caravan was comfortable and spacious.

It would have been useful to have a clothes airer to dry swimming gear.

Perfect short break!

We booked last minute to surprise some of our friends who were also staying on this site, the response from the owner/organiser of the caravan was 10/10. Very quick communication answering any questions I had. The caravan was perfect for what we required and location perfect. 👌🏼 We have never been to this site before we usually go to one in burnham but will definitely be returning and booking with this owner again. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely clean caravan, Ideal location for beach and amenities, not a lot in the little but sufficed

Great caravan that had just about all we needed and was very clean

The only thing was the exchanging of damage deposit and then the wait to have this returned, I wasn’t keen on handing over my bank details and was concerned but this did work out although I felt having to wait up to 14 days for damage deposit to be returned was to long

Disappointing

The caravan was clean

Problem with getting the entertainment passes. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful regarding this (booking.com were very timely and helpful in resolving this). No toilet roll. Glasses were dirty, fridge door was broken. The caravan was clean but smelly. In hindsight we should have paid for a hotel considering it would have been the same price. The girls were so excited to stay in a caravan again, it was a bit disappointing I'm afraid.

Good caravan, rude obnoxious staff

Caravan was clean, easy to get keys, pleased with stay in van

Staff are rude upon arrival asked at reception where do go and her response was I don't know it's a private caravan so I don't know where it is, and then parked next to van to unload as have a newborn and a lot of stuff and 2 men in a golf buggy come round and banging on window saying whose car is this can't park here and were rude and loud, my sister said who do you think talking to is a way of saying sorry can't park there not all guns blazing coming in shouting, was just parking to unload as a lot of stuff, entertainment was cheese but that's what's expected would stay at van again if was on a different site.

Really enjoyed our stay

Caravan was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed. Real benefit is two toilets. We really enjoyed our stay. Good location, only 30 minutes drive from beautiful Cheddar Gorge.
