I like that the caravan was in very good condition when arriving
We never had any hot water or heating in the caravan rang all number that was giving to me but no more answered and it also say in the handbook that the main reception wouldn’t be able to help us as it was a private rental caravan. So was really unhappy that we couldn’t have a shower or wash as no hot water and the children was cold in the morning .
