The apartment is great overall, I loved the distribution, and it has everything you need to have a great stay, the kitchen has everything you need for preparing quick and small meals and the internet connectivity was great.

the shower doesn't work, one day I had to shower with cold water, the other days it takes so long to get the right temperature. On the other hand it was kind of annoying that the owner didn't allow my to stay a couple of hours after in the social areas such as the coworking. I needed to work and my flight was scheduled for later on that day but they just said, no. I had already completed the check out and take my belongs from the appartment, I just needed a desk, and there are like 20 in the coworking space so I had to move to a coffe store. It has never happened to me that an hotel, airbnb and so didn't allow me to do that when there are dedicated areas for working.

Tuvimos que esperar un poco antes de ingresar , pero recibí una muy buena atención de recepción y ayuda en línea, me apoyaron a resolver el inconveniente.

El apartamento está bien ubicado con respecto a vías de tránsito. Además tiene buena decoración y el estándar de Wynwood que nos gusta mucho. La atención de servicio al cliente destaca bastante y es muy buena.

No obstante el departamento en sí está muy mal ventilado, solo tiene 1 ventana y el calor de la tarde y noche se vuelve insoportable, no se recomienda dado que no cuenta con aire acondicionado y cuando pides otro ventilador te quieren cobrar $50 USD adicionales, lo cual nos pareció excesivo, adicionalmente el internet es pésimo, debíamos trabajar 2 días y la señal fue intermitente todo el día, se reportó y siguió el inconveniente. Si vienes de trabajo no lo recomendamos para nada, es sumamente incómodo.
