Your money isnt safe with wynwood booking agency. BE CAREFUL

The building is great. Wynwood is the worst booking agency i have seen. Rent through a different agency !

YOUR MONEY ISNT SAFE WITH THEM! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU CLOSE A DEAL WITH Wynwood Booking! The worst hosts i have seen. I cancelled a booking when it was still free cancelation, in order to get a better room , and was still charged foe 2 bookings for no reason. And never got my money back, its already 1.5 months since i cancelled and everytime i contact wyndwood team they say they refunded it already. It doesnt work for me , i cant understand it.

Don’t do it.

The staff are so rude and will try and enforce ridiculous rules throughout your stay. If you’re English or American, do not stay here!

The process to enter the room is very complicated and annoying and the management is terrible.

The balcony view was nice. The whole entire space was super spacious and the bed was super comfy. However, I didn’t like the process to check in to the room every night.

When we first arrived to the property to check in, we didn’t enter our room for 2 hours because booking.com didn’t send me a QR CODE which was mandatory to get into the rooms. I explained to the staff that I was never sent a QR code or instructions on how to enter my room so I had to WhatsApp message some the hotel’s staff. All the back and forth communication to get a QR code was really annoying that I didn’t get to enjoy my room and the amenities i paid for. And some nights, my phone was dead by the time i got back to the hotel so i had to wait 20-30 minutes to charge my phone in the hotel lobby all to access my room. Very annoying and made me lose my sleep.

Well-appointed modern apartment with great views of Mexico City

Be Grand is well-located & we loved the views over the city from the 30th (?) floor, having everything - a market, downtown area, restaurants & cafes - close by. The rooms were spacious, clean & well-appointed. Weird not to have a clothes dryer or drying rack when there's a washing machine, but clothes on hangers dried ok. There were no room temperature controls, so a bit chilly with the tiled floor, but there's a bar heater & blankets for the beds. The indoor pool & spa & the gym looked good & popular, with lots of lounges around the pool for down time, but we didn't get to use them. Access with a QR code & pin-code door lock is super easy, with a staff member on the ground floor during the day to help with questions & welcome us on arrival.

Pre arrival communication with Be Grand was incredibly frustrating ... switching from WhatsApp to Booking.com & back again, bouncing between conversations with central reservations & Be Grand directly. Auto-generated messages were redundant & repetitive. Confirmation & re-confirmation of bookings & airport transfers - because of the different staff & auto-generated messages - drove me nuts for weeks prior to arrival. If I hadn't pre-paid everything I probably would have cancelled the booking ... proving I'd paid for airport transfers weeks after payment shouldn't have been necessary when payment had been made directly via their online form. Everything worked out brilliantly after arrival - though we still received random auto-generated messages during our stay as we had 2 consecutive room bookings, so we got the "you're checking out" & "you're arriving" messages unnecessarily & duplicated. Guessing communications & payment records will be ironed out eventually & the staff member based at Be Grand was sympathetic, understanding & helpful.

Trato al cliente pésimo. Si tienes un problema, pasarán de ti

Sucio, instalaciones defectuosas, servicio pésimo de trato al cliente. Dirán que lo intentaron, mentira. Si te gusta que te traten bien, no duermas aquí. Me encontré pelos, lavadora rota, cocina rota... Hasta el jabón de otra persona y supuestamente entramos más tarde porque estaban limpiando...

Une fois passée la paranoïa sécuritaire pour accéder à son hébergement, la piscine est agréable.

L'emplacement est proche de l'avenue Reforma ce qui permet l'accès à de nombreux moyens de transport (métro, métrobus, bus). La piscine, bassin de 30m, une belle salle de sports bien équipée et un bel espace de co-working sont agréables malgré leur triste décor minimaliste. La batterie de 8 ascenseurs permet de ne pas attendre trop longtemps. L'accès gratuit au parking pour les invités est dans les attentes.

Lors de mon enregistrement sur BOOKING, il était dit que l'établissement se trouvait au 7 calle Lafragua, or il se trouve au 13 calle Lafragua. J'ai dû remonter la rue avec tous les bagages. Veuillez corriger cette erreur. A 15 heures, le logement n'était pas prêt et j'attendais déjà depuis 2 heures. Tout est compliqué dans cet hébergement, il faut avoir le code de la porte du studio et enregistrer le document permettant l'accès à l'immeuble sur le téléphone, sinon vous ne rentrez pas. et encore on vous demande une pièce d'identité (jusqu'à 3 fois dans la même journée). Tout ceci est assez désagréable. Un conseil, sympathisez avec le personnel mexicain de l'accueil qu'il vous identifie, au cas où. Le mobilier est un vilain bricolage : le lit est constitué d'une planche en bois précieux sur laquelle le confortable matelas glisse durant la nuit. Vers 4 heures du matin, il faut remettre ce couchage en ordre. Quant au canapé mural, il est le résultat du bricolage d'un banc trop court sur lequel a été posée une banquette, donc asseyez-vous bien au milieu, sinon... Enfin, la face extérieure des vitres de la tour n'a pas été nettoyée depuis longtemps. Elles sont très sales, dommage pour la belle vue sur Mexico.

Excepcional. Excelente ubicación e instalaciones de lujo..

La ubicación es céntrica y en una zona segura. El gimnasio esta muy completo, con equipo nuevo para realizar crossfit, cardio y calistenia. La piscina climatizada es igualmente excelente para entrenar o relajarse.
