The location is really great, very convenient, metro is less than 5 min away, there are a few restaurants nearby, a bus stop 2 min away. The apartment was spacious, the host was easy to communicate with. I think it’s good value for money. Part of the furniture is old but somehow this gives you a nice Parisian feeling and we liked it.
We were 6 people not 4, so we needed to use also one of the sofas as bed and it was really not comfortable. We also needed more towels for sure as we were 6 girls and we only had 1 towel each (no towels for face/hair), but honestly we didn’t ask the host, probably they would have helped with that. There was also no AC in the apartment and unfortunately we were there during one of the heat waves so it was a bit inconvenient but I believe most of the places in Paris don’t have AC so we just accepted it as it is.

Prachtig gelegen en ruim appartement geschikt voor 4 personen
Er was geen airco en dat was toen wij er verbleven tijdens de hittegolf echt een probleem. Ondanks ventilatoren kwam de temperatuur ‘‘s nachts niet onder de 30 graden. En het synthetische beddengoed maakte het er niet beter op
