A large, beautiful space with AC. Have to mention the AC because we were there during heat wave! Large dining table for comfortable dinners when choosing to dine in. Comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Good water pressure in shower. Plenty of towels provided. Iron and ironing board too. Lots of closet space w hangers as well. 4th floor but w a reliable lift. 5 minute walk to/from train station entrance. Very close to the historic City Centre. Very walkable area. So much to do and see within walking distance. Hired a car once in eight days. We will always stay here whenever in Nîmes. It's a beautiful city. If you arrive early (before check in time) and you have luggage, you can drop luggage off at Radical Luggage Storage within Hostel Flamingo (reserve online)almost directly across from Train Station Entrance. Or if you've only a short wait time - take luggage w you to Le Terminus or L'Olivier- both outdoor cafes directly across from Train Station Entrance - and enjoy a coffee or beer or vin outside under a tree while you wait. And Nadine, the Concierge host, was prompt and reliable when questions needed answers.

I think dressers would be nice in both bedrooms. Lamps would be nice too. The overhead lighting in living area was beautiful but harsh at night. A lamp by the sofa would be nice. But still would not change my decision to stay there again!

L’appartement était super et bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied.

Excellent emplacement, des vues, de beaux espaces confortables, en particulier par fortes chaleurs grâce à la climatisation, un calme qui contraste avec l’agitation du boulevard, présence d’un assesseur appréciable lorsque qu’on manipule une poussette. Le confort de la vie moderne. Co hôte très cordiale et réactive.

Un quart de bémol sur la qualité des équipements : nombreux et bien pensés, sont d’une gamme moyenne. Pour un court séjour ça reste bien suffisant.
