Clean,quiet,so close to public transportation , Management responds to calls whenever needed and people in the premises are nice people.

Shower system and toilet need to be repaired,doesn’t work properly.

The PIN we were given did not work but we contacted the owner and he re-set it for us.

It would've been helpful to have some instructions for the TV/Internet. It says internet is free but I was not able to log onto it.

They worked with us for an early check in after our flight got in earlier than expected. The space was a good size and there were tvs in the living and bedrooms. The couch was cozy.

After spending all morning walking around, we went back to relax and to take a nap before our show later that day. Shortly after we got back, workers arrived and began scraping and banging on the roof while periodically using a leaf blower on full speed to clear off whatever they were doing on the roof and around the property. This continued for several hours until I finally gave up trying to sleep and messaged the host who apologized and said they were going to stop working. The noise then increased in volume for the next 30 minutes as the workers tried to rush and complete their project instead of stopping. Since our afternoon was ruined we had a hard time staying up for enjoying the show we traveled from California to see. I wish I could upload the videos but unfortunately I can only add photos. The only other minor complaints were the lack of blankets for the couch and the toilet running for a long time.

It was good quiet and private
