FlyInn Apartment

I were left with very mixed feelings about this apartment. Everything was exactly as described: the apartment was beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. It even had salt, sunflower oil, laundry detergent pods, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. However, the service completely ruined the experience and was a huge disappointment

Unfortunately, I arrived at around midnight because my bus was delayed at the border. Although I had received the check-in instructions in advance, they didn’t specify which apartment was mine, as there were several in the building. I messaged the agency to ask which apartment I should go to, but they didn’t reply and declined my call. As a result, I spent about 30 minutes in the middle of the night trying to find the correct apartment. Another issue was that the owner’s mother, who lives in the building, wasn’t aware that the apartment was occupied. She came with other people with keys and started unlocking the door while I was inside alone, honestly it was scary because I didn’t know who is it. Thankfully, she was very kind, but this should never happen, especially when guests’ belongings, money, and documents are inside. The biggest issue was the tourist registration. By law, the property owner must register guests staying in Bosnia and Herzegovina for more than three days. I contacted the agency several times, but they kept saying they couldn’t reach the owner, so nothing could be done. In the end, my registration was never completed. Fortunately, I wasn’t asked for it at the airport, but that doesn’t change the fact that this legal requirement was ignored.
