L'accoglienza e la disponibilita' dell'host. Appartamento grande e spazioso, pulito.
Quasi nulla. Forse mancavano delle tende sulle finestre inclinate, dei lucernari tipo velux.

L'hôte est très accueillante et chaleureuse. L'appartement est très joli est très propre. Il est très confortable, tous els équipements fonctionnent. Il est à proximité de plein de commerces et du tram permettant de rejoindre le centre de Sarajevo rapidement. Le rapport qualité/prix est super. Internet est fonctionnel dans l'ensemble (équivalent au reste du pays). Le petit bout de jardin est vraiment un plus pour pouvoir prendre l'air, il est super bien entretenu par les hôtes ! Super, vraiment super !!
C'est vraiment du détail comparé au reste : il y a une petit marche dans l'appartement qui peut être surprenante les premiers jours, et également, on entend parfois le garagiste du coin travailler, mais c'est vraiment dérisoire à côté de toutes les bonnes choses de cet appartement.
