La comodidad y la ubicación es excelente! Fue práctico y cómodo para dos matrimonios contar con baño propio para cada pareja manteniendo la privacidad, contaba con todo lo necesario como lavarropas, plancha y utensilios para desayunar, almorzar o cenar en el departamento. La ubicación era la mejor, a metros del centro comercial y peatonal y dos cuadras del centro histórico y a pocas cuadras de la costanera, todo cerca para manejarse a pie. También fue práctico estacionar el auto que rentamos en la misma calle del departamento con línea azul pagando muy barato en el parquímetros.
