Problemas constantes en el suministro de agua en el Baño ,que no fueron resueltos.Mala atención del anfitrion , a pesar de tener expuestas muchas sanciones en caso de incumplimiento del huésped.Constante olor a cloacas en la habitación . No se condice las bondades publicadas con la realidad .

The location was good, it was very close to the old town. The room and the bathroom were very clean and spacious. The air conditioning was working perfectly. The little balcony was so cute too.

You need wifi to access the building and the room. The wifi was not that great.

The check in process is incredibly complicated. So many documents have to be uploaded and it is unclear why this has to be done via a website. If you require that much information from your guests, you should check them in personally. Particularly for less tech-savvy guests this is a terrible process. It is also ridiculous that you need internet and a website to enter the property every time - what if someone’s phone battery dies? Then they simply can’t enter the room they paid for? And the same for the door to the apartment. You only have a key for your own room. The owners should rethink this process. There was also an awful smell from the drains in the bathroom, and no plug/stopper in the sink.
