Très bonnes explications de notre hôte pour trouver l’appartement. L’emplacement proche de la plage ainsi que l’accès facile à la piscine. Tout le nécessaire de cuisine, comme à la maison ainsi que la machine à laver. Aucun soucis pour trouver une place de parking. Proximité avec un supermarché, quelques restaurants…

L’appartement avait été en travaux, ou peinture, avant notre arrivée, et il était légèrement poussiéreux.

The location is fantastic. Literally 1 minute walk to local shops and restaurants and literally a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The apt. is a great size with 2 bedrooms and queen sized beds. 1 Bedroom has an ensuite. The bathrooms are a good size with decent facilities including the toilet, basin and shower. The living room has a large corner sofa which is super comfortable. It also opens into a sofabed. Further to this, there is a 65" smart TV with cable channels and plenty of apps to use. I.E. Netflix. The kitchen has all the equipment you need; Oven, hob, kettle, washing machine, microwave and plenty of utensils and a large variety of pots and pans. The decor throughout the property is modern and to a high standard. The property has a balcony that is south facing therefore the sun is on it from morning to evening which, in my opinion is fantastic if you are feeling a little lazy and don't want to go out. It also has a privacy curtain on the balcony as well as a canopy that can be drawn in. The balcony has 2 sun deck chairs and a table and there is still plenty of room.

The internet speed could do with being upgraded a little bit because 2 devices streaming causes buffering and lag of videos/ games. The paint above the balcony door appeared to have started peeling away - I guess at some point there was water damage above it. A new coat of paint will fix that issue and you'd never know. Lastly, it is a common issue across the island. I have experienced this several times in different properties - The drains! The bathrooms do have a smell coming from them but, to eradicate that, after each shower is taken, pour some shower gel into the drain and leave it.
