L'emplacement et le calme de la résidence. L'appartement est bien agencé avec à l'étage les chambres et en bas le séjour. Les chambres étaient bien isolés et permettait de ne pas se déranger. Nous avons également aimé la piscine dont nous avions les accès et qui était à 2 minutes à pied de la maison. La résidence était proche du centre en voiture.

Il n'y avait pas à proprement parlé de parking mais nous pouvions nous garer le long d'un terrain vague.
