Marble Arch Serviced Apartments

The location is fantastic. Less than 10 minutes walk to either Edgeware Road tube station or Marble Arch. Ideal for buses or the 4 different lines that run through Edgeware Road. Communication with the property managers was excellent.

Whilst the apartment was generally clean, attention to detail wasn't great. Eg.the radiator in the twin bedroom hadn't been dusted in a long while, and the windows throughout were opaque with grime. There were no pillow or mattress protectors on the bed either. Weirdly, we were told not to flush anything down the toilet... not even toilet paper. I have never come across this before in the UK. In general, everything in the flat was in varying degrees of dilapidation, and a lot of the furniture and some of the fixings need to be replaced. Night times were noisy, but I'm guessing that's the payoff for the amazing location. Lastly, the flat was tiny- perfectly acceptable for 3 of us over 3 nights but I wouldn't have liked to have been a bigger party or staying longer.

Great host, good communication from the minute we booked until we left, nice clean apartment as described, comfortable for 5 of us that travelled

Slightly noise outside, quite a lot of street traffic, bin collection and deliveries early in the morning

buona posizione per esplorare la città e l'host è stato molto disponibile

eravamo un gruppo di 11 persone e la casa non è adatta ad ospitarne così tante, gli asciugamani non erano sufficienti (10 in totale e di varie dimensioni), la pulizia lascia a desiderare, gli ascensori ci sono ma sono molto piccoli, in cucina mancavano i condimenti minimi(olio, sale e zucchero)
