    Had a long discussion with cust care and with prop manager regarding hotel booking without prior info to Agoda while ticket booking I had booked 4 rooms amounting 17000 and was nit able to add kids and pro manager asked for extra 2100 and I had given to him because Agoda cm couldn’t helped me with resolution

    While I booked through Agoda primarily it was had the option to add kids bit while I completed the 4 Rooms was unable to add kids.. and while u reached the property , I came across with very rude staff and the property owner who were asking me extra funds for kids and were demanding Aadhar I politely said will pay the funds bit unable to produce Aadhar cards fir kids and meanwhile I connected with Agoda cust care but not received any response neither from Agoda cust care nor from property owner 4 Rooms cost me 17000 and extra for kids 2100 and was very slow on food serving Overall Bad experience , Rude behaviour,

    So I booked the hotel thru Agoda. Breakfast and dinner was included in it. After reaching came to know that there are only two options for breakfast. In dinner there was no option. Manager is super rude and does not know how to respect customer. He said who told them to give nonveg. The booking is from agoda so don't give them non veg. If you want then you need to order separately. Breakfast was not at all ready in morning at 9am. So I recomend not to visit this hotel.
