Nagyon jó helyen, az élethez közel, de mégis egy csendes, nyugodt utcában található a szállás, így tökéletes választás azoknak, akik szeretnék könnyen felfedezni a várost, de este pihenésre vágynak. Ōkaido mindössze pár perc sétára van, így éttermek, üzletek és a tömegközlekedés is gyorsan elérhető. A tulajdonos hölgy a világ egyik legaranyosabb embere. Bár késő este érkeztünk, néhány perc alatt a háznál volt, és őszinte lelkesedéssel, kedvességgel mutatta be a szállás minden fontos részét. Már az első pillanattól érezhető volt, hogy szívből törődik a vendégeivel. A szobák tágasak, tiszták és megfelelően klimatizáltak, így a nyári melegben is nagyon kényelmes volt a pihenés. Az egész szállás rendezett, otthonos hangulatot áraszt, ezért szívesen megszállnánk itt újra, ha ismét Matsuyamába látogatnánk.
