الفندق ممتاز جدًا من ناحية القيمة مقابل السعر، وكل حاجة فيه كانت أحسن من توقعاتنا. البنجالو كان تحفة وقريب جدًا من البحر، مجرد خطوات بسيطة وتكون على الشاطئ مباشرة، وده خلّى الإحساس بالراحة والاستجمام مختلف تمامًا. الأوضة كانت نضيفة جدًا ومعتنى بيها كويس، والجو العام فيها مريح وهادي جدًا. كمان القعدة بره الأوضة في الهوا خصوصًا بالليل كانت حاجة جميلة جدًا وممتعة. حمامات السباحة واسعة ونضيفة، وفريق الأنيميشن كان دايمًا مليان طاقة وحماس، من الأنشطة الصباحية والأيروبيكس في البسين لحد حفلات الفوم للأطفال اللي كانت عاملة أجواء جميلة جدًا. الأكل كمان كان ممتاز، البوفيه متنوع وطعمه حلو وفيه اختيارات كتير تناسب كل الأذواق، والسناكس عند بار البسين زي البيتزا والبرجر والبطاطس كانت لذيذة جدًا ومتوفرة لفترات طويلة. وبصراحة السعر يعتبر ممتاز جدًا، لأن تكلفة الإقامة هنا لشخصين ممكن تعادل تقريبًا سعر وجبة واحدة لشخصين في أوروبا، وده يبين قد إيه الفندق فعلًا قيمة رائعة مقابل الفلوس. وشكر خاص وكبير جدًا للأستاذ هشام السيد مدير الريسبشن، على ذوقه واحترامه واهتمامه بكل التفاصيل. فعلًا شخص متعاون جدًا وكان حريص دايمًا إن إقامتنا تكون مريحة ومميزة، وتعاملُه الراقي خلّى تجربتنا أحلى بكتير ويستحق كل الشكر والتقدير.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The pools were large, clean, and well maintained, and the beach was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable throughout the stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was another highlight, with a rich and varied buffet offering plenty of delicious options at every meal.

The only point worth mentioning is that alcoholic beverages were not included in the all-inclusive package. However, this was not an issue for us, as drinks were easily available for purchase at the bar near the reception.

The hotel offers incredible value for money. The bungalow room was amazing, just a few steps away from the sea, which made the experience even more special. The room itself was very well maintained, clean, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Sitting outside in the fresh air during the evening was one of the best feelings ever. The pools are large and beautiful, and the entertainment team was always active and energetic. Every morning there were many activities, pool aerobics, and even foam parties for the kids, which made the atmosphere lively and fun for everyone. The food was delicious with a huge and tasty buffet offering many choices every day. We also loved the snacks by the pool bar — pizza, fries, and burgers available throughout the night. Honestly, the price for two people staying at this hotel is similar to the cost of just one meal for two people in Europe, which makes this hotel an exceptional value for money.

Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel, les chambres sont propres et confortables, la nourriture est variée et délicieuse, la plage privée est magnifique, les piscines et l’aquapark sont excellents pour toute la famille, et le Wi-Fi fonctionne dans tout l’établissement. Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables et recommandons vivement cet hôtel.
