14th-floor oceanfront condo with ocean view pool & hot tub access WiFi & W&D

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property everything was exceptional!

The room itself was nice. It was in a superb location. Close to shopping and a short walk to the beach. The room was clean and very nicely decorated and stocked.

We left Wednesday morning for an excursion and when we returned the code to our door would not work. We called the emergency number and it was automated and no one ever answered. Finally started emailing and was asked questions of sure we were entering the right door code and was the door shut all the way... I was due to take life preserving medication at a certain time and made whoever I was talking to aware of this and still not a fast solution to the problem. After an hour a new code was emailed to me to get in.. I have also sent emails about a partial refund for 2 days due to mandatory evacuation of the county and have yet to hear back about this.. Communication seems to be lacking in regards of what to do in the event of this or that happening.
