This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 19th floor. A reserved parking space is located on the 3rd floor of the building. No more hassle hunting for a parking space! (One time $40 parking fee is not included in the rental amount.)
Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King sized bed in master bedroom. Two queen sized beds in second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. Flat panel TVs in all rooms. Free Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the magnificent views. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Our stay at Emerald Isle was very enjoyable. The property description was accurate, with the condo located right on the ocean, offering beautiful views and being close to local attractions. The unit itself was very clean and well-maintained, though the washer did have an unpleasant smell and the bed was a bit too firm for our liking. The elevators were easy to use with no long waits, which made moving around the property convenient. Communication and check-in were smooth, and while we didn’t need much from the owner or manager, everything went well. Overall, we would recommend this property to friends and family for its great location, oceanfront setting, and cleanliness. During our stay, we also enjoyed exploring nearby attractions and dining at local restaurants, which added to the convenience and fun of our trip.

Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay! The views are amazing and exactly what was advertised! Some minor repairs are needed (paint chipping, laundry door hook not anchored well, no interior door lock to keep kiddos from going into elevator hall, no bathtub stoppers), but overall aesthetic and condition is wonderful! We would definitely recommend this place and come again!

This condo is beautiful. Conveniently located at the elevator and had reserved parking inside. The unit was elegantly decorated. The balcony is very spacious and has a cozy feel to it after a long day in the sun.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay-the property was clean, beach access was perfect, and we were able to relax and enjoy some much-needed family time.
