The host waited for me at 1 am. The train from Milano had a delay of 4 hours. I informed the host all the way and he was very supportive. Trenitalia had an issue at Novara and had to redirect the train for it to finally arrive in Porta Nuova. From there to destination another 40 min in the dead of night. The appartment is perfect for two friends, a family or even two couples. It is decorated with good taste even if the furniture is from IKEA. It has a laundry machine and a dishwasher. Balcony. Two rooms with beds. Kitchen fully equipped with tools and dishes. Bathroom. Everything is spotless.
Maybe a TV in the bedroom. Previous guests requested wine glasses but I didn't need. There are mugs ,coffee cups and water glasses. For the breakfast there were only sweets-a lot. I know that they eat this for "colazione" but I would replace this with some cheese and ham.
