Na plus podejście gospodarza, brak kaucji oraz bardzo dobra komunikacja.
Stan techniczny sprzętów gospodarczych jest bardzo słaby. Woda z klimatyzacji cieknie na taras co sprawia że jest cały czas mokry. Piekarnik nie był czyszczony od bardzo długiego czasu oraz lodówka nie była wyczyszczona po poprzednich gościach. Brak chociaż jednej kapsułki do prania pozostawionej przez gospodarza aby zrobić pranie. Łóżko w mniejszej sypialni się składa jak się na nie usiadzie
