The apartment was very comfortable and good value for money. I had seen some older reviews mentioning issues with the A/C and hot water, but I did not experience those problems during my stay. The A/C worked well, and the water was perfectly hot once I learned to turn the water heater on before showering and off afterward. The owner was very easy to communicate with and types fluent English. Food delivery was extremely convenient, as drivers could deliver directly to the apartment door. The apartment also had all the basic amenities I needed, including toiletries, towels, shampoo, a refrigerator and freezer. There is a washing machine, and although there is no dryer, the drying rack worked very well—most of my clothes dried overnight. The location is excellent, very close to Seolleung Station Exit 1 and also near the airport bus stop. If you prefer staying in a residential apartment rather than a hotel and want a bit more of a local living experience, I think this is a great option. I would definitely consider staying here again.

There is a short uphill slope on the way to the building. It is not far, but it may be a little inconvenient if you are carrying several heavy suitcases. There is also no clothes dryer, although the drying rack worked well for me and I did not find this to be a major issue.

It felt safe and once I got used to the location, I could find places to eat that were close by.

The couch was not comfortable to sit or lay on. I also had trouble watching tv as it was difficult to to figure out. I had to sit mostly on the bed. The bathroom was very tight. It had a foam floor pad that I kept slipping or tripping on. It was super hot and the AC was at a speed I cannot control. It felt like it was always on low and so it was like I had to turn it on all the time. It had a washer but no dryer so I had to hang dry all my clothes. It seems like that most of these places had no dryer but would have been helpful to have.

the property was really clean and comfortable for 1 person. the location of the apt is also great. I could go home late at night and still feel safe because the area around the neighbourhood is full of eateries and people.

i liked everything except the fact that there’s no hot water. i was freezing, I waited long enough for the cold water to become a little hot but it was still very cold.
