La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è la posizione, sotto casa passano due metro e diversi bus. Sono vicino combini e anche un supermercato. La casa è confortevole e il proprietario cortese d pronto ad aiutare

Credo si possa pulire meglio, purtroppo ho trovato i cassetti sporchi e alcuni capelli per terra. E si potrebbe aggiustare le piccole cose come la luce in cucina che non funziona (anche se non indispensabile perché le altre funzionano) e il bagno con lo scotch non molto carino da vedere. Inoltre sul libro delle spiegazioni presente in casa parla di un bagno alla giapponese, invece c’è un semplice bagno. So che non è indispensabile, ma da italiana senza bidet avrei apprezzato. Infine suggerirei di mettere almeno qualche condimento base per cucinare (sale , salsa di soia e olio), perché se si resta poco non si comprano queste cose e sarebbe carino trovarle in casa.

The location is very convenient - the subway station is literally a 2-minute walk away, and there are numerous bus stops nearby, including direct connections to the airport. Banks, currency exchange points, and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants are close by (many open late or 24/7, so you can eat at any time.) The apartment is neither too small nor too big, just the right size for a comfortable stay, also well‑designed - it has everything needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchenware to a washing machine and an iron. I especially appreciated the water filtration system; unlike my previous stays in Korea, it did not affect my hair, and I didn’t need to buy an alternative shower head. Also the TV offers a wide range of channels. The landlord always responded quickly to all questions, was helpful, and communicated politely. He also left a notebook with detailed instructions on how to use the appliances, what is available in the flat, and what can be found nearby, very practical. A nice extra was the access to the rooftop, where there was a small garden with trees. It's pleasant to go up there early in the morning. Also sound insulation was good, I heard the neighbours, only when they were in the hallway. No TV or conversation noise coming through the walls. Overall, I had a great stay at this apartment. If I ever look for accommodation in Seoul again, I’d be happy to come back. Recommend it!

Everything met my expectations; I didn’t notice any significant drawbacks.

Water pressure for shower was weak. Bathroom sink, water didn't drain properly.
