Stylish 2 Bed Apt by Royal Albert Dock & M&S Arena

The apartment was clean with everything I needed for my work trip. The bed was comfortable and the apartment is nicely laid out, in a central location close to the conference centre. Instructions were clear.

There was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. Although the host pointed me in the direction of a dryer in the apartment there wasn't one. It took a bit of time to get responses from the host on the day of travel although they were attentive while I was at the apartment. The en-suite bathroom has quite a step up to it (I didn't use it as I was on my own so used the other room) but worth bearing in mind if there are mobility issues. The fan for the main bathroom was very noisy and seemed to stay on sometimes randomly, while at other times switching off the bathroom light had an immediate effect. As I was travelling on my own in the end as my colleague didn't come, I found the entrance at night a little unsettling. The door is right opposite the car park and next to a building site so I didn't feel totally comfortable on my own as it felt a bit isolated in the dark. If I had been with someone else it would have felt better. It probably didn't help that when I first arrived (in the dark) someone was waiting for anyone coming out to exit and then headed into the building so it didn't feel that secure.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. All facilities as per property description. Good location close to Liverpool Eye and Albert Dock with many restaurants.

The lift was not working when we arrived and had to carry our bags to the fifth floor.

Excellent location for all the touristy visits we wanted to do . Beds very comfy and very stylish living room . Kitchen was well stocked with lots of utensils. Would definitely come back and stay . Good value for money and would recommend to friends

Good location, comfortable beds, nice light living area with large picture windows.

En-suite toilet / shower room to master bedroom very unusual with glass door and high step to get into the room. Main bathroom good size but smelt fusty.
