emplacement géographique, communication fluide, la literie, petite cuisine, facilité pour récupérer les clefs, proche de tout et du front de mer.
un petit peu bruyant (on entend les voisins au-dessus et dans la cour, et les gens qui font la fête sur le port), un peu cher même si on était en haute saison.
