La vue.
L'emplacement.
Grand logement avec une pièce de vie agréable.
WC et salle de bains exigus. Sécurité limite pour la douche. Ces 2 pièces demanderaient une bonne rénovation!
Placards (KZ) couloir et chambre : état vétuste, très difficile à ouvrir, (sinon impossible avec la machine à laver).
lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas, cafetière en panne.
Congélateur et frigo contenant des restes des anciens locataires.
Propriétaire pas réactif malgré ses promesses.
Accès parking très délicat.

Superbe location!! Vue magnifique on ne se lasse pas de regarder l activité du port. Tous les commerces et restaurants sont en bas de l'appartement. Appartement très confortable où tout est présent pour un confort optimal. Mr Thomas est un hôte très agréable toujours prêt à donner plein de conseils sur la région. Je recommande fortement cette location

Wir hatten Aussicht blenden lassen
Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Was auf den Bildern ansprechend aussieht, entspricht nicht ganz der Realität. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem alten Gebäude aus den 60ziger Jahren und renoviert wurde nur oberflächlich.
