Excellent location - very Central in Cannes. Spacious one bedroom that was clean an efficient. Of note - the building has both a ground floor entrance for foot traffic into the city square and a third floor entrance best for vehicle drop offs. We found that to be very convenient. There's also a nearby Carrefour market for groceries and smaller items (soap, detergent, etc).

We enjoyed our stay - no dislikes.

It’s was so unclean it was an embarrassment, dirty ear buds that had obviously been in the bathroom for weeks, unclean shower enclosure, dirty floors especially outside, door handles hanging off, a lumpy bed with a hole in the middle, no light in the toilet so you had to leave the door open, sockets hanging off the wall next to the bed (DANGEROUS). No oven in the kitchen, just a microwave grill that was useless. Overall it NEEDS the owner to go in and actually think “would I actually stay here?” Then fix what needs doing. €500. At max and then raise the charge so customers and you reap the benefits of getting off your seat and doing a good job, not just freaking off customers, despite me saying No lights etc, I was told we will ask the cleaners. NO. THATS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
