In the heart of the picturesque Suquet district, this small duplex house is the perfect choice for those seeking an intimate, charming, and truly unique place. It boasts an ideal location within walking distance of all the city’s highlights: the Palais des Festivals for professionals, or the Croisette with its beaches and luxury boutiques for vacationers. Rue d'Antibes is just a short stroll away for shopping, as is the Carré d'Or, where you can enjoy local life among restaurants and bars. The nearby Forville market is perfect for discovering all the flavors of Provence!
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.
