very comfy beds and a top notch breakfast sitting outside in the garden. the train into Brighton was so easy. all round lovely. thank you Alex and family for hosting us. would love to come back if we are in Worthing again

The cocktails were amazing . The staff was incredibly super friendly. Ans the house is decorated beautifully 😍
It could do with a good clean mainly the bathroom.
And have provisions in place for quests to have or make there own drinks in the morning or in the night when staff havw left or ate sleeping
