A localização é ótima, pois fica a poucos minutos da Paddington Station. E as camas sao muito confortáveis!
Precisam de mais atenção na limpeza, quando chegamos estava claramente que nao havia sido limpo a tempos, tudo muito empoeirado, eles falaram que ia mandar um cleaner, mas nao mandaram! Quase nao tinha panelas, depois de reclamar muito, eles trouxeram novas! A comunicação com eles é horrível, visualizam mas nao respondem!!
