Excellent location moments from Paddington Station
Most of the windows are painted closed. During this very hot summer weather the flat was considerably hotter than the outside temperature. Whilst I didn’t expect AC or ceiling fans there were no tabletop fans. These are cheap items to supply and even for budget accommodation there is a reasonable expectation that they should be available. None of us could sleep. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with crockery etc. However the crockery and cutlery were filthy and not properly cleaned. It was clear that cleaning was minimal and there was evidence of trash left under beds and behind furniture.
