We had the most wonderful stay at Anna’s apartment and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The location was absolutely perfect – just outside the main tourist centre, so we got to experience a much more authentic side of Sardinia while still being only a short walk from the restaurants, bars, and beautiful dolce vita atmosphere. The apartment itself was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly (a lifesaver in the Sardinian heat!), the kitchen was well equipped, the complimentary toiletries were a lovely touch, and I have to mention the shower – genuinely the best shower we’ve ever had in a holiday apartment! Anna was an exceptional host. She replied to every question almost immediately and was incredibly attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. We had a small issue with the internet, but she had it resolved very quickly, which really showed how much she cares about her guests’ experience. Our only regret was not hiring a car. The apartment has a private parking space, and while it’s easy to get to from the airport, having a car would have made it easier to explore some of Sardinia’s spectacular beaches that we sadly missed. That’s entirely on us and not a reflection of the apartment. We genuinely couldn’t fault Anna, her beautiful apartment, or the area. It was the perfect base for exploring Olbia and experiencing authentic Sardinia. We can’t wait to come back

Our only regret was not hiring a car. The apartment has a private parking space, and while it’s easy to get to from the airport without one, we quickly realised that having a car would have made a huge difference. Some of Sardinia’s most stunning beaches and hidden gems are spread along the coast and aren’t always easy to reach by public transport. If you’re planning to explore beyond Olbia, we’d definitely recommend renting a car so you can make the most of everything the island has to offer
