4BR Coastal Stay w MIL Suite & Golf cart, Walk to Beach & Dining

The house is very nice. The golf cart and bikes were great to have, and there were plenty of chairs and beach items to use as well. We had a small issue with the golf cart and the manager of the property was easy to reach and very responsive and helpful. The in-law suite was very nice as well.

Not an issue with the property itself, but we had some frustrations with the area in general. The beach had tons of seaweed and the ocean water was brown like a lake. There is a barrier island that makes the ocean feel more like a bay, which we didn’t realize about the area. Also, there are very few restaurants nearby and the ones that we tried to go to were either inexplicably closed, had no a/c, or were out of tons of menu items. The community pool is nice, but was closed for no known reason on our last day there, and with the beach covered in seaweed it left us with nowhere to really spend our time that day, so that was annoying.
