Our home is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and fun. The bright, open-concept living space features a fully equipped, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table that seats eight, perfect for sharing meals or a family game night. Unwind in the cozy living room with a Smart TV and a collection of board games and puzzles.

Bedroom 4: Includes two twin beds, ideal for kids or extra guests.
Two full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and starter toiletries for your convenience.

✔ Self Check-In with Keypad | Check-Out: 10:00 AM Eastern
✔ Quiet hours after 10 PM
✔ No smoking or vaping
✔ No glitter (excess cleaning fee applies if used)
✔ No grease, wipes, or hygiene products in drains or toilets (plumbing damage will be billed)
✔ Primary renter must be 25+
✔ Rental agreement signature required
✔ Dog-friendly: Must be 12+ months, well-trained & housebroken (max 2 dogs)
✔ Non-refundable pet fee: $200 per pet
✔ Golf cart rental waiver required (no additional fee)
✔ Free parking for 2 vehicles (no boat/trailer parking; extra space by request)
✔ Ring doorbell (front) & exterior garage camera for security
✔ Long-term stays welcome

* Community amenities such as the pool, playground, and dining areas are managed by the HOA and are subject to availability. These amenities are not guaranteed and do not qualify as grounds for refunds.
* Weather-related events are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued.
* Rental agreement will be provided upon booking and is signature is required to finalize reservation.
* Maximum occupancy must match the guest count on your reservation.
* No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property at any time.
* If the number of people on the property exceeds the number listed on the reservation, a $500 per unauthorized guest, per night fee will apply for each night of the reservation.
* Quiet hours begin at 10PM. A signed rental agreement is required for all stays.
* Please do not send or mail any packages or items to the home.
* Please do not dye, bleach, tint, or color hair anywhere inside the property. Hair dye products can permanently stain bathtubs, sinks, countertops, towels, linens, and other surfaces, resulting in costly repairs and replacements. Any stains or damage caused by hair coloring products will result in additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges being assessed to the responsible guest.
Pet & Animal Policy
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet / animal.

Enjoyed this beautiful and clean home. Conveniently located to beach and other amenities. Use of golf cart made our stay fun and easy. Communicating with host was very responsive and pleasant.

The house was amazing! It was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The beach and pool were close to the house and easy to access. It was one of our "easiest" beach stays with young kids. You are close to the grocery store, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing! My wife and I were celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary and it was better than we could imagine. It was close to downtown Port St. Joe and all the eateries - but the Windmark area and the boardwalk and beach area was great so you don’t even have to leave. Park your car and take the golf cart everywhere! We will definitely be coming back here!
