We had a very unpleasant experience. Initially, we were given helmets that had yellow stains/discoloration inside, so we asked for them to be replaced. After they changed them, we were given different helmets, which clearly did not seem to be properly cleaned either. After my wife used one of them for just one day, she developed many spots/pimples exactly around the area of her neck where the helmet strap was touching her skin, as well as itching around her ears. What was most disappointing, especially considering that this is otherwise a very good-quality hotel, was the way the situation was handled. When we informed the staff about what had happened, they told us they were very sorry, but then tried to justify the situation by suggesting that she might have developed this reaction from something else. There was no reason for me to blame the helmet if I believed there could have been another cause. We had generally been extremely careful throughout our stay, and after explaining the situation and what had happened to a doctor, we were told that the reaction was caused by the helmet.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le service est tout simplement irréprochable. Nous avons rarement rencontré une équipe aussi gentille, attentionnée et bienveillante. À chaque fois que nous avions la moindre question ou le moindre problème, ils étaient présents immédiatement avec le sourire et trouvaient toujours une solution. Leur professionnalisme est exceptionnel. La propreté est également irréprochable. La chambre était impeccable chaque jour, parfaitement entretenue, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. On sent que toute l’équipe met tout son cœur dans son travail et qu’elle tient profondément à l’image de son hôtel ainsi qu’à la satisfaction de ses clients. C’est une qualité rare qui mérite d’être soulignée. Nous leur souhaitons sincèrement beaucoup de réussite dans leur projet. Ils le méritent pleinement. Merci encore à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

cheaply built. dont let the photos fool you, the tiles and walls were all damaged and unclean. ants were found on my shirt in the morning, shower would clog up and the interior lighting was very stark.
