Breakfast was great! Rooms were great, very spacious and tidy. Also all the staff were amazing, very helpful! Great value and very quiet and relaxing

It’s quite far away and sometimes grabs don’t want to come. So you have to book a few before one accepts

The room was spacious.

The breakfast is served late. The toilet’s water pressure is low, you have to press the flush for a long time or many times. The pool was dirty. We couldn’t swim because they don’t clean it.

The staff are so lovely and accommodating and the grounds/ hotel are absolutely stunning. Thank you so much!!!

- Staff responded quickly when we requested extra toilet paper and room service. - Slippers were provided and were such good quality that we used them for the rest of our trip. - Smart TV and effective air conditioning made the stay comfortable. - Convenient location if you're planning to visit Melasti Beach or Savaya.

- Food service was very slow, with breakfast and lunch orders sometimes taking over an hour to arrive. - We needed to use taxis or a scooter to get to restaurants and massages. In hindsight, we would have booked accommodation closer to Bingin. - The pool wasn't as clean or inviting as others we experienced during our trip. - Some of the furnishings appeared lower quality than the photos suggested (flimsy bathroom mirror, sockets detaching from wall, umbrellas on rooftop broken). The safety deposit box needs securing to the property. A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful. - There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom during the afternoons. It went away in the evening, so we didn’t raise this with the staff.
