Locatia buna, aproape de obiective, personalul extrem de prompt si amabil, raport calitate-pret bun. Camerele mari, luminoase, apartament dotat cu tot ce este necesar.
In primul rand parcarea, poarta de acces in parcare, locul prin care se trece, este foarte stramt, necesita atentie sporita. Sistemul de incuietori al usilor, dar poate ca nu suntem obisnuiti cu el.

Die Wohnung hat eine wunderbare Lage! Es ist eher ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut erreichbar. Für uns war die Parkmöglichkeit im Innenhof ganz toll, da wir während unserem Aufenthalt zu Fuß oder mit der Tram unterwegs waren.
Die Beschilderung zum Wohnungseingang unten ist nicht so gut. Wir mussten länger suchen, da es drei mögliche Türen gibt. Leider hat auch der Abfluss im Bad sehr übel gerochen. Das war nicht so toll.

Super stuff, appartamento con tutto il necessario, super rapporto qualità prezzo! Grazie!
Portone troppo stretto , non abbiamo potuto usufruire del parcheggio gratis, la nostra macchina non ci è entrata! Non c’è un ascensore quindi è difficile portare i bagagli al 5 piano! Dentro l’appartamento consiglio di mettere qualche purificatore per l’aria, in quanto si presenta un odore pesante essendo un edificio vecchio!
