Merkeze yakın olması, dairenin üst kat atmosferi, kahve makinesini, temiz olmasını, iletişimde aksaklık yaşanmamasını.
Alt katın çok sıcak olmasını ve çift fan çalıştırmak zorunda kalmamızı.

Good location, clean, the bed is on the glass on second floor, big apartment, big kitchen
Notice that the key pick up and the apartment are not in same location, this is really messed up. With all the parking issues in the city and especially if you come by car this could be a problem. Also, there is nothing outside on the street that could guide that this is the location of the apartment.
No air conditioner, only vent.
