About this villa rental
The villa is in a wonderful position in Conegliano in the province of Treviso, 50 km from Venice, close to the gentle hills of Prosecco and the relaxing countryside with woods, streams and meadows, but at the same time in a well-served area with bus stop in front of the house and supermarket front home. Also there are typical restaurants and shops. The pharmacy is at 500 mt. The furnishings are of precious furniture and particular care has been placed on the kits and furnishing details. The large and charming rooms, the beautiful and large kitchens are well equipped. The 3 bathrooms are all with window and shower. The house is on two floors and on the first floor the south facing terrace overlooks the pool and the hill and the north facing landscape of the mountains. Outside the pretty garden decorated with Mediterranean plants, the large swimming pool (15x6 mt) with salt and heated water, plenty of space for reading or outdoor games, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, table and chairs for lunch or dinner by the pool .
The mansion has been restored according to the modern criteria of bio-building, making it very comfortable for both summer and winter. The windows have a high thermal and acoustic insulation power. We also suggest you to sit in one of the poolside tables in the evenings, maybe sip a good wine, enjoy the enchanting night illumination and even the singing of some lonely cricket ...

My wife, daughter and I came to Conegliano to visit prosecco road and to do a day trip to Venice. You can see the hills and vineyards from the back yard. Loved the market across the street. Easy to get to the train station.
We wanted a private pool. I rented the whole house (there are 3 apartments) so that the pool was private to just us (and not shared with the other 2 apartments).
The outdoor space is opulent. Beautiful plants and flowers, perfectly maintained. A big, clean pool with comfy seating and a couple tables all around. Perfect place for chilling, swimming, dining al fresco.
We stayed in the upstairs "rosso" unit: 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed (2 singles together) and another with three single beds. Even though the decor is traditional and the beds basic, we slept wonderfully every night.
The air conditioning is a "geothermal" setup, and we ran it on "high" the whole time. At first, I was worried that the little unit would not be enough to cool the apartment. In the end, it was though, because it was in the 80's (F).
VRBO showed that there would be a clothes washing machine. In the past, this always meant in the unit. In this case, it is not. The owner, Flavio, has access to it and will wash a load for 5 euro, a fair price. We had a lot of laundry and used laundromat down the street.
Flavio is a gentleman: kind, responsive, and professional. We would stay here again because of the structure and Flavio's hospitality.

Es ist alles sehr authentisch und landestypische eingerichtet.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut.
Alles da was man braucht.
Der Gastgeber ist äußert zuvorkommen und steht mit Rat und Rat zur Seite.
Er ist sehr nett und war bei fragen immer zur Stelle.
Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr praktisch.
Man ist direkt gegenüber von einem Supermarkt und hat die Proseccostrasse quasi vor der Tür.
Auch diverse andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreicht.
Man blickt vom Balkon oder vom privaten Pool auf diverse Burgen was auch einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht hat.
Die Beleuchtung im und am Pool ist am Abend sehr schön und lässt einen den Tag schön ausklingen.
Für uns als kleine Familie sehr zu empfehlen da man das gesamte Grundstück abschließen kann und am Pool auch für sich ist.
Schöner Urlaub und wahrscheinlich nicht der letzte in dieser Unterkunft gewesen.

Huset fungerede fint til en stor familie. Minus er at det kan være svært at overholde stilletid når der er mange børn og man skal tysse på dem hele tiden.
