What we liked most was the apartment itself and its location. The apartment a great base for exploring the area.

Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by a cockroach problem. During our stay we found multiple cockroaches in different parts of the apartment, which caused a lot of stress and took away from our holiday. To the management's credit, they responded quickly to our initial report by sending someone to inspect the apartment and arranging pest control immediately. We appreciated that they took the issue seriously. However, despite these efforts, the problem was not fully resolved, as we continued to find cockroaches throughout the remainder of our stay, including during the last days. Communication also became slow after the initial response, and we spent a considerable amount of our holiday dealing with the issue ourselves instead of relaxing. Having to repeatedly catch and remove cockroaches was both unpleasant and frustrating. That said, the management ultimately acknowledged that our experience fell below the standard they aim to provide and offered compensation, which we appreciated. We sincerely hope this was an isolated incident and that the issue has now been fully resolved, because without the cockroach problem we would have had a very enjoyable stay.
